GitHub token (one-time setup)

Create one at github.com → Fine-grained tokens: only select the game-builder repository, and under Repository permissions set Contents to Read and write. It's stored only on this device.

The professor only lets in people who know the password.

Saved encrypted in the app's GitHub repo. Every device that knows the app password gets them automatically.

With this, Gemini draws the characters and backgrounds. Get one at aistudio.google.com.
